SHIPPINGS & RETURNS

Packages are generally fulfilled within 5 business days after payment is received and are shipped via USPS, Fedex or UPS. Whichever carrier, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Items should be delivered in a timely fashion to the lower 48 states. Call/Email for quotes to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.  

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all mailing information is correct before confirming any order.  If there is an error with your address we are not responsible and cannot be held liable if the package doesn't arrive.  If the item gets returned to us, we can offer a refund minus a 20% restocking fee or we can reship it to the proper address after receiving an additional shipping fee.

Bayou Gunpla LLC includes $100 worth of insurance on all shipped orders at no extra cost.  If your package arrives and is damaged do not accept it and contact us as soon as possible.

Pickups

You also have the option to pick up your order. Our Base of operations is located in Youngsville, Louisiana and if you want to save yourself some money then just select the Pick up in-store upon check out or Email / Call us if you want to pay cash.

All sales are final after shipped. If you would like to cancel an order please inform us prior to shipping. Cancellations are subject to a 5% fee of your entire purchase, to cover the cost of transaction fees. There are no returns, exchanges or warranty.
